Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

At Digital Code, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services that meet your expectations. We stand behind our work with a transparent refund policy designed to protect your investment while ensuring fair treatment for both parties.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

For new clients, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of service activation. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund of the service fees paid, subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service activation
  • You must provide specific feedback about why our services did not meet your expectations
  • Any third-party costs (advertising spend, software subscriptions, etc.) are non-refundable
  • This guarantee applies to monthly service packages only, not one-time projects
  • The guarantee can only be used once per client

2. Monthly Service Subscriptions

2.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly service subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:

  • Services will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund will be issued for the current billing period
  • Any prepaid amounts for future periods will be refunded in full
  • Outstanding invoices must still be paid in full

2.2 Prorated Refunds

If you cancel within the first 30 days (under our satisfaction guarantee), refunds are calculated based on the full monthly fee. After the first 30 days, no prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.

3. One-Time Projects

For one-time projects (website development, audits, etc.):

  • Before work begins: Full refund of any deposit paid
  • After work begins: Refund minus the value of work completed
  • After project completion: No refund unless the deliverables do not match the agreed-upon specifications in the project proposal

If deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications, we will first attempt to resolve the issues. If resolution is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Advertising Spend: Any money spent on advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is paid directly to those platforms and is non-refundable
  • Third-Party Costs: Software subscriptions, stock images, domain registrations, or other third-party services purchased on your behalf
  • Custom Work: Custom content, designs, or code that has been delivered and approved
  • Setup Fees: Any one-time setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)
  • Consultation Time: Time spent in meetings, consultations, or strategy sessions

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at billing@digitalcode.online with subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account/client information
  3. Specify the reason for your refund request
  4. Provide any relevant documentation

5.2 Processing Time

Refund requests are processed as follows:

  • We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  • A decision will be made within 7 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

6. Service Termination by Digital Code

If we terminate your services due to:

  • Non-payment: No refund; outstanding balances remain due
  • Terms violation: No refund; remaining prepaid amounts may be forfeited
  • Our discretion (without cause): Prorated refund for unused services

7. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to fair resolution of all disputes. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Service.
